Cut-off timings for transactions and subscriptions in Funds managed by Lakson Investments Limited will be as follows.

- For equity funds, transactions and subscriptions will only be processed on days when the Stock Exchange is open.
- For fixed income funds, transactions and subscriptions will only be processed on days when commercial banks and NBFI’s are open.
- For funds which comprise both equity and fixed income securities, transactions and subscriptions will only be processed on days when the Stock Exchange, commercial banks and NBFI’s are open.
